So, I’ve been seeing a lot of negative posts on Tumblr about a Voice For Men, usually about how much they hate and try to silence women. This made me really curious to see how much these MRAs really hate women. On the contrary, I found an entire section of the site honoring female MRAs and it’s actually a pretty big section. http://www.avoiceformen.com/womens-voice

Listen, Tumblr feminists, I do not at all hate you or cis women. In fact, I think feminism has made some worthy contributions to society and there are quite a few feminist arguments I would agree with.

I just wish you would stop lying about men and MRAs. It makes you look immature and fearful and it will not at all help you obtain the “equality” that you claim you want. Honestly, this would go so much easier if you could look for the things feminism and the mrm has in common, form bonds with them, and build up from there.

Now before any of you jump the gun and label me as MRA (which I know that eleven out of ten of you are prepared to do at the drop of a hat), I’ll admit that I’m not one. While there are some potentially good things coming from the MRM and Feminist movement, I cannot find it within me to join either of them. They are just too poled apart for me at this time.
